Secondary Colors
Secondary colors are hues created by mixing two primary colors in equal or equivalent quantities or in exactly the same proportion. According to the traditional color wheel, when you mix the two primary colors of red and yellow, orange is the resultant hue; and when you mix red and blue, you produce purple, and blue and yellow produces green.
